W. Scott Donaldson, Attorney at Law, represents clients regarding many aspects of public lands and natural resources law including mineral exploration and development, acquisition, severed mineral estates, title examination, and surface development.  Scott advocates on behalf of clients before the Arizona State Land Department, United States Forest Service, United States Department of the Interior, and other state and federal agencies regarding public land issues, rights and permitting.

Scott has more than 40 years of experience in mineral leases, purchase agreements, title work, surface use agreements and disputes, permit issues and operating agreements.  Author of a variety of professional publications on subjects including mineral trespass, severed estates and mining scams, his articles have been published by Northern Miner, Pay Dirt, Arizona Contractor and Community, the Arizona Bar Association through Arizona Attorney, the Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral Resources, and the Arizona Geological Survey.

Scott is rated AV Preeminent For Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell.  He is also approved by the United States Department of Justice for the preparation of title certificates and abstracts for proceedings before the Bureau of Land Management, United States Department of the Interior.
