Mr. Donaldson’s legal experience spans more than 30 years in the State of Arizona and several other western states. He specializes in natural resources law, including mining and public land law. Mr. Donaldson represents clients in private contractual matters and before the Arizona State Land Department, United States Forest Service, United States Department of the Interior, and other state and federal agencies regarding public land issues, rights and permitting.
He is rated AV Preeminent For Ethical Standards and Legal Ability by Martindale-Hubbell.
Mr. Donaldson is also approved by the United States Department of Justice for the preparation of title certificates and abstracts for proceedings before the Bureau of Land Management, United States Department of the Interior.
